- Processing times for custom or pre-order items may vary. Estimated processing times will be provided after checkout via text.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 business days. 
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days.  

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and customs processing for international orders.  

3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.   

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.  

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
